Recommended diet
If you are considering joining a psilocybin retreat we recommend the following:
Drinking plenty of water during your retreat.
Consuming a diet that is free from all animal products including dairy and saturated fats at least 24 hours before your intake of psilocybin.
Eating a light plant based meal and staying clear from all spices (hot peppers, chillies, pepper, paprika, etc), dairy ( milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, etc) and fried foods the night before is highly recommended.
Taking your dose of psilocybin on an empty stomach or at least 2.5 hours after your last meal.
You can expect the effects to start within 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the rate of your metabolism.
